On 2nd February 2019, Muslim Women's Council held a seminar titled Islam and Homosexuality. The seminar was led by Ustad Ahtsham Ali and held in partnership with Chapter 25.

Islamic Relief UK, with the support of Muslim Women’s Council (MWC), hosted a free High Tea event during the United Nations ‘16 Days of Activism’. This event took place on Friday 7th December 2018 between 6pm and 8pm in the Main Hall at Carlisle Business Centre, Bradford, BD8 8BD.

On the 8th July 2018, the Muslim Women’s Council (MWC) and Islamic Institute for Development and Research (IIDR) held a seminar titled “Reclaiming the Mosque” which consisted of lunch, a talk and a Q&A
