11-year-old British Muslim boy acheives IQ score higher than Einstein's

 Yusuf Shah, an 11-year-old Muslim boy from Leeds, scored 162 on an IQ test, surpassing physicists Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking who are believed to have scored 160.

He ranks in the top one percentile of the population, having achieved the maximum IQ for under-18s.

Shah he ended up taking the Mensa test after his friends kept telling him how smart he was. He said:

I have always wanted to know if I was in the top two percent of people who take the test, It feels special to have a certificate for me and about me.

Shah hopes to study mathematics at Cambridge or Oxford, and his eight-year-old brother Khalid plans to take the Mensa test in a few years.
