On 18th June 2017, hundreds of Bradfordians of all faiths and none flocked to Bradford City Park to share a meal at ‘Iftar in the Park’.

On the 17th May 2017, the Muslim Women's Council held an event titled “Fiqh of Ramadan”.

The session was on how Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and his family practiced Ramadan, how their habits can be applied to the modern way of life and what we can learn from their experiences.
The first half of the seminar was a session on, the beautiful, witty, and intelligent granddaughter of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Sakina’s (RA) story. And the second half consisted of an interactive session on hate crime and the hijab.
